Cancellation Policy

By booking any service with Medium Courtney Dawson and Soul To Soul Coaching, you hereby agree to our Booking & Cancellation Policy (Read Below) Please READ CAREFULLY & THOROUGHLY _____________________________________________________________________________ BOOKING CONFIRMATION Zoom Link: Your Zoom link is contained in the original booking confirmation. To access your session click on Video Conference: Open Session Link Zoom sessions are recorded and you will receive a copy of the recording via We Transfer. You will receive an email from We Transfer that contains a link, click on the link and download the file. The link expires within 7 days so download within that time. Otherwise, it will be deleted from the We Transfer server and Courtney no longer has access to it. ________________________________________________________________ CANCELLATIONS • If you need to cancel your appointment, and it is more than 30 days of your appointment there will be a $30 service charge. • Any cancellations that are less than 30 days before your appointment will not be refunded. A credit will remain on file for 6 months only. No exceptions, All sales final. RESCHEDULING • Appointments can only be rescheduled within 3 days of your appointment. No exceptions. • If you are 10 minutes late this will be deemed a no-show and your reading will be cancelled. You will not be eligible for rescheduling. There will be no refund or credit on file. No exceptions. •No shows will be charged the full session amount. ARRIVING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT • For late arrivals to appointments, your appointment time will be shortened . • If you are 10 minutes late that will be considered a no-show and you're appointment will be cancelled. There will be no refunds or credits given. In Person Reading: In Person readings will be available on select days beginning November 1, 2023. The location for in person readings is: Love of Avery Kind Studio 2753 O'Hara Ln, Surrey, BC V4A 3E8, White Rock (Crescent Beach) There is free parking on the street and behind the building. Please do not where perfumes, colognes, essential oils or strong scents as they affect my breathing. Avoid the use of strong medication, recreational drugs or alcohol prior to your reading. Any sign of being under the influence will void your appointment. There will be no rescheduling or refunds given. This is strictly enforced. Do not bring more attendees to your session than what you have scheduled for.
